Evoke Tours and its staff collect information about you when you send an enquiry form from our website or make bookings and enquiries over the phone regarding the products we offer such as tours, events and holidays. We also collect data when you book one of our products and or send us feedback forms. The information we collect from you will always be in relation to providing the best service we can and we will never ask for more data than we require to complete your booking or answer your enquiry effectively.

Your full name, your full address, your email address, your phone and mobile phone numbers, your vehicle make & model, your vehicle registration number, your date of birth, your dietary or specific requirements, your passport details, your credit card details, your bank account details or other payment details, your details of your relationship to other parties, your medical details and your previous tour history details.

Please note that if you use our enquiry form on this website and click submit, a copy of this enquiry is sent to us and stored in our website database indefinitely. Please contact us if you would prefer your enquiry to not be stored in our database.
